Not usually.: Anal leakage is not usually a sign of cancer. It is more likely to be due to a problem with the anal sphincter or to a problem with the consistency of the stool. If it persists, though, it is abnormal and should be evaluated by your doctor or a gastroenterologist. Good luck.
