Complex issues: Cubital tunnel syndrome is common, need to be differentialted from medial and lateral epicondylitis--work may have a significant contributions, particularly heavy tools, maintaing arm in fixed position, need to ask pcp, neurology about effect of work on your conditions-may be surgery or work modification may help.

Why: Cubital tunnel syndrome can be aggravated by some work activities especially those that require prolonged elbow flexion, direct pressure on the elbow, or the use of vibratory tools. It may not be too many hours but rather the type of work that is being done.
