Bactrim?: I don't recommend treating yourself with an antibiotic, unless there was a good chance that this was caused by a bacterial infection. Bactrim (trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole) is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections. What you do mean by the word gland? Lymph node? Tonsils?
