When you start dialysis can it change the color of your skin?

Sallow complexion: Dialysis shouldn't change the color of one's skin. As patient's approach needing dialysis, the skin can turn a non-shiny yellow/brown, which is called sallow complexion. Anemia, low hemoglobin, can cause pallor (pale skin).
