Do the tommy copper products being sold for arthritis work?

4 doctors weighed in across 2 answers

No: The overall answer is no. There are no simple treatments for arthritis like a copper bracelet. However, will you find people who swear their arthritis is gone after using such treatment? Yes u will. All i can say is they most likely did not have arthritis to start. Arthritis can be treated well but it is a lifelong treatment just like diabetes and high blood pressure for example.

Not really: There are no good clinical trials that support the use of copper products to help with pain or arthritis. However, some patients feel they are helped by these products. The only thing you have to lose is a few dollars if you decide to try it and it doesn't work.
