Blood Pressure: Not sure what your are asking. Normal blood pressure with a low pulse rate may be normal or abnormal based on symptoms, medications, other disease process, general physical health. Vital signs are just that vital signs. There is a range considered normal but normal and abnormal results in and of themselves are neither good or bad.
