Hookworm: And they can crawl under your skin and then it looks like raised bumps that itch. Trhichinosis from undercooked pork or wild meat and that can make you very sick with diarrhea just like you can get cryptosporidium from the same things and get diarrhea. You rarely get parasites from pets and good handwashing will stop it anyway.
