Type A personality: There has been some literature out that correlates the personality traits and risk factors leading to htn, CAD and digestive problems.Beside increased epinephrine( rush speed chemical in our body) there are other changes with a tense hard no room for mistakes always on time no flexibility a personality that affects overall health better to keep balance of life and avoid serious out comes.
