Temporarily yes: For the first couple days this may be uncomplicated and a little annoying. If it continues longer than that or you start having fevers, consider testing for parasites.

Depends . . .: Sounds like infectious diarrhea if you have runny poop after (presumably) dirty water forced into you. I'm more concerned about trauma from incident. If soreness or pain gets worse or doesn't resolve in a day or two, need to get evaluated. If any fever or blood stool, also need to get evaluated. Heck, just to be on safe side, go see your doc. Too many variables to give much more advice online.
