Yes: But exercise caution -- dont eat hard, crunchy foods, keep the area clean and return to your dentist asap to get the temp crown recemented. Hope this helps.

Cautiously...: Try to avoid the area, and eat on the other side... Rinse your mouth out, brush and floss thoroughly to make sure no debris lodges around it. Call your dentist to set up an appt to have it remade.

Yes: As long as you carefully brush the tooth after eating you will be fine. If the tooth is still vital you will probably have a lot of sensitivity when eating cold, sweet, and sour foods. Acidic drinks such as wine, tea, and fruit juices will also be a problem from a sensitivity standpoint.

Yes: If you are not sensitive just be careful and try to eat on other side, so you do not break tooth.

Use Other Side: The purpose of a temporary crown is to protect the underlying tooth from fracturing. Please, do not let a tooth go more than a couple days without a temporary crown.
