Unlikely: If you are not predisposed to COPD from other factors you will not get copd.

Less Likely : Unless your lungs are very sensitive to the harmful effects of cigarette smoke, it is quite unlikely to develop COPD after 1 year and a half of smoking. That said, i would quit smoking even if you have been smoking for 2 hours. It is harmful, dangerous, and causes a whole host of health problems. And...It is expensive.
