Find another form: You probably have not found a form of contraception that is right for you; there are many kinds out there. Have a frank talk with your doctor about all of the options before you decide to give up. Sex is designed to be a pleasure and not something to be a turn off.

See your doctor: If your doctor will not take the time to find an appropriate contraceptive method for you, find another doctor. I have never treated a woman for whom i could not find a tolerable contraceptive method. If oral hormone bcp cause side effects, frequently a good choice is the intrauterine device. As a direct pay physician, I am able to take whatever time i need to address issues such as these.
