Kegels / surgery: While it might be embarrassing to talk about, women who have given birth can have a loss of support around the vagina that might lead to less pleasurable intercourse. This should be something that you can bring up with your ob/gyn. It is possible that the repair of a laceration was just not done properly too. You can ask about kegel exercises and, if needed, a surgery called a perineorrhaphy.
