Very itchy scrotum and tip of penis, taken canestan, fluclonazole, no avail.swollen penis foreskin and anal fissures, what could it be?it's depressing!

Tinea: Sounds like a fungal infection. You tried Fluconazole tablets orally? Try otc Clotrimazole twice daily for 10 days and attempt to keep area very dry.

Eczema: Sometimes eczema acts similarly to 'jock itch' but doesnt respond to anti-fungals. You can try desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) (used for diaper rash) for relief until you can see a doctor, see if a steroid might be helpful, but should be used cautiously in that area.
