You decide: An erect penis is secreting semen continuously.That semen is full of sperm and it only takes one to get you pregnant. If there is any chance that semen entered your vagina there is a chance you can get pregnant.It is certainly much lower that a prolonged exposure with full ejaculation, but it is a risk.
