Glasses win: Glasses have almost no downside except for people doing water based activities. A more precise prescription can be put in glasses because there are limitations to what powers soft contact lenses come in. However, in cases of very high prescriptions, contacts may give better peripheral vision and quality of vision. Glasses can offer protection, and contacts carry the risk of infection. I use both.
