For some women: That occurs & is related to prostaglandins. Probably the simplest way to reduce nausea is with ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organ ginger & steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip.

Yes, for some women: Pms sxs can include feeling tearful, irritability, mood swings, anger, depressed mood, change in sex drive & anxiety. These may be accompanied by swelling of the breasts (or extremities), weight gain, abdominal bloating, cramps, nausea, ^ urinary frequency, overeating, headaches (to include migraines), dizziness, fainting & palpitations. Sleep may be disturbed with problems w acne or hives.
