Yes it is: Means your foreskin is nice & loose. Foreskin should be retracred when condon applied & remains retracted when vagina is penetrated. Penile glans withdraws between thrusts at which time end of condom covering glans, if correctly fitted, should go under the foreskin. Indicates that all is as it should be. Good luck.
