Possibly not: Your being "safe" depends on what you do with all sexual contacts. Having unprotected sex exposes you to both pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.

Safe from what ?: The erect penis will pass fluids that contain sperm and any STD at any point during intercourse. Even condoms do not protect against either at 100%. If you provide a more specific question we can be more specific with answers.
