Hypochondria: When you are anxious or worried about something being wrong in your body, you are likely anxious about something else that you are not yet aware of. Perhaps beginning psychotherapy would be beneficial and help you get to the root of what is really troubling you. Best of luck!

Hypochondria: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is often the most effective approach to treating hypochondria. Psychoeducation and exposure therapy have been used as well as treatment with antidepressant medications when warranted.
