Weeks: An enlarged lymph node from an infection may take up to about 6 weeks to completely resolve.

Awhile: Lymphadenopathy is common with upper respiratory infections. Once the URI is under control the lymph node should stop enlarging. Stable lymph node may take 6-8 weeks to resolve. If persist may want to consult physician.
