Oily bumps: There are a couple of possibilities of what this could be: acne, milia, sebaceous hyperplasia, or sebaceous cysts. They are all treated a little differently. Try searching google images of these conditions to see which one fits best. If still unsure, check with your local primary care doctor or dermatologist.
