Acanthosis nigricans: Withou seeing it and see if you have any associates diseases, it would be hard to tell. However, based on your brief description, it looks like acanthosis nigricans. It's found to associate with obesity and diabetes. There are not treatment for the skin but the underlying conditions need to be treated.

A moist area: Could b fungal, if itching also, use an antifungal treatment as 1 would do 4 athletes foot. Especially if large breasted the moisture is conducive 2 a fungal infection. Try it & c if it helps. If not consult ur gyn or pcp.
