Im 16 almost 17. i slept in my bra last night & woke up to a sharp pain in my left breast. idk if it's because of my bra, but could this be serious ?

Breast Pain: If you are asking about breast cancer -it normally does not cause pain (and would be rare in a woman your age). Were you wearing an under wire bra? That can sometimes pinch the skin or place pressure against it. It is doubtful that this will lead to a serious medical problem. But if not resolving , advise your physician. Take care.
