i have really bad blisters on both hands from physical activity. the skin is cut open and exposed. what can i put on them/do to make them heal quicker?

Vaseline: Put vaseline on them and cover them with a cotton glove overnight and do it nightly until the skin heals.

Keep clean : Soap & water and an antibiotic lotion like neosporin & keep covered with a bandaid & wear gloves also.

Blister: Serum in blister is related to tissue injury. In general - best not to pop blisters - as that would open a portal for infection
