How to get pregnant?: I know you are in pakistan, but there is no difference in the definition of not being pregnant. Having periods monthly means you are not pregnant. There is no way to be pregnant if you did not have exposure sexually to semen in the last month during ovulation. I am not sure why you would even for one second think you were pregnant. There are many reasons for no period. You may need doctor.
