Infection: Enlarged lymph nodes are usually in reaction to some kind of infection. However, there are also lymph cancers that could also cause it. Therefore you should see your doctor. Furthermore other things in your neck may enlarge and your doctor can tell if you are feeling lymph nodes or something else.
