Infections: Infections are the most common side effect of the anti-tnf drugs. They are not common, but can be serious and need prompt care.

Not major concern: Although the risk of an infection or biofilm is always a concern with any procedure it is sufficiently low with fillers that is is not a common problem. Your Methotrexate will also place you at a higher risk of infection and possible bruising.
