Sometimes : If anhedonia is related to the illness major depressive disorder and this is well treated then yes it can be treated with medicine. Cure is not a usual term or concept with symptoms like this.

There is no cure: But there is improvement that can be very significant and - yes, meditation can be a good way to find it. You may know reasons for your lack of pleasure. A medical exam might help. Or, there may be a psychotherapy to help you. In any case - meditation can help you find space for pleasant feelings to be - and be safe. But you need to drop the notion of cure - ok? Namaste!
