See your doctor : It would be important to note how long these symptoms have been present. Nausea, severe fatigue, anorexia, facial flushing, and cough are systemic (internal) symptoms and can be caused by a number of things, such as viral infections, rheumatological disorders, white & blood cell disorders, neuroendocrine tumors, etc. Really need an in person exam, +/- chest xray, +/- basic labs to start with.
