Genital issue: Having numb genitals is not normal. Not having arousal is not normal either. Permanent and treatable - those are the questions i cannot answer without asking you more questions and doing exam. Once the cause is found, then prognosis and treatment can be addressed. I'd suggest finding a local doc to consult with.

See below: Without a history of trauma this does not sound normal and could be related to compression of the nerves in your lower spine or pelvis. I would recommend seeing your physician to start investigating.

Depends on cause: This can be something simple like pressure from a bicycle seat, or more serious. You should see your doctor for an evaluation. It doesn't sound normal.
