My genitals are numb and have been numb for about a week now. i can't get aroused. is this normal? permanent? treatable?

Genital issue: Having numb genitals is not normal. Not having arousal is not normal either. Permanent and treatable - those are the questions i cannot answer without asking you more questions and doing exam. Once the cause is found, then prognosis and treatment can be addressed. I'd suggest finding a local doc to consult with.
