Can take 1-2 weeks: But call your pediatrician with your concerns. This is a sign that the treatment isn't working, and it may be something else.

Usually about a week: If diagnosis of tinea corporal is right should start seeing improvement. If diagnosis is tinea versicolor then may not respond as well and reoc urence is common.
