Weight: Consult with your doctor to rule out any medical causes. Eat a plant based diet similiar to the mediterranean diet and exercise aerobically 4 times a week and begin a weight resistance program three times a week. Also supplement with a protein drink in between meals with a least 15 grams of protein. If you need more help consult with an exercise physiologist. My best.
