Difficulty urinating: If you're asking about yourself, i would get checked for the presence of urinary traction infection. Also, bladder emptying issues such as cystocele (bladder sagging into the vagina) may be the issue. In case of a male patient, prostate hypertrophy either benign, or prostate cancer would be the first conditions to rule out.
