Pain in my upper cervical wall while having sex. almost like a sharp pain. getting ready to ovulate?

Likely ovulation: You are at the midpoint of your cycle which is the time you have many follicles forming and then ovulation occurs. This can at times cause pelvic discomfort or pain that is felt during sex or even at rest due to small amounts of fluid on the pelvic floor. If pain doesn't resolve then f/u with your doctor. If discharge present then infection is possible.
