Can try otc meds: Angular cheilitis- is inflammation of the corners of the mouth. If this was DX by your dr.-then i would first f/u with them if it is not better. If this is self diagnosis then go to dr to be sure that's all it is (white bumps under jawline sounds like something else) for treatment get antifungal cream and mild steroid cream- mix together and put on corners-dont ingest. Also keep area dry.
