Needs to be checked : You need to be seen by the doctor. Pain is always a sign that something is wrong. It is the body signal to you that something is not normal. It is not normal to miss a period either. Could you be pregnant? It is possible that you might have a tubal pregnancy and that can be an emergency. Do not wait. Get seen right away.
