Can happen: There is wide variety of pattern of bleeding . In general , we expect it to be less frequent since you are approaching menopause (again this varies from person to person). I do not think you should worry about it . If you have heavy bleeding and is causing anemia and is worrisome to you , it could be some thing you might to talk to your family doc or obgyn.
