Why do i get an unreasonable amount of headaches? what can i do?

Many reasons: The cause of the headaches can be multkiple - some serious, some not. Depends on your age, depends on what you mean by 'an unreasonable amount', depends on how long they last, any precipitating factors, etc. You would most likely benefit from an elective workup from your primary care doctor.
