What happens when we don't use condom and i have a chronic liver disease?

Risky: Not using a condom is risk business, it puts you a risk for a number of sexually transmitted diseases. As far as chronic liver disease hepatitis c can be transmitted in that way and puts others at risk of chronic liver failure which is not a nice thing to have. Not to mention the risk of hiv, herpes which are treatable but not curable.
