NO: There RAE no pills called heart attack pills. Please explain what you mean. Many tablets prescribed after heart attack are common for many other cardiovascular diseases.

Unlikely: Aspirin, nitroglycerine, oxygen, even pain meds are well tolerated. But have some side effects and a waste of money!
