No: There has never been a reported case of chlamydia transmitted by kissing. Chlamydia does not readily infect the mouth or throat. In my 3+ decades in the STD business, I have never seen (or heard of) a patient with oral chlamydia whose only exposure was kissing. All had performed oral sex on a partner. And even this is uncommon.
