Possibilities: Some women benefit from exercise; regular aerobic exercise can relax you and serve as an outlet for your emotions. Some women find that birth control pills are helpful in smoothing over hormone related mood swings. And others have used ssris; antidepressants in the Prozac (fluoxetine) family to control pms symptoms. Alcohol use is generally not a good idea. And keep the caffiene intake minimal.
