Try this: : Log on to www.Caloriecount.Com. Open a free account. They will calculate your daily caloric needs. Subtract 500 to 750 from the total and aim for that in your daily diet. The website's search function will give you the caloric content of virtually every food known to man. Also: begin a program of daily exercise: 30-60 minutes everyday. It's best do something fun, like a sport. Tennis anyone?
