Not a good idea: Not a good way to loose weight. You will do your body harm. Eat a balanced diet with portion moderation and daily exercise 1/2 -1 hour per day. A safe weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week. You need to burn off 3500 more calories than you take in to lose 1 pound.
