Why do fewer men get testiculur and breast cancer than women get breast cancer?

Different cells: Cancer rates are different depending on the type of cancer. Testicular cancer rates are different from breast cancer rates, not because one is in a male and one in a female, but because they arise from the cells of different organs of the body.

Not totally correct: There are cancers that will obviously happen in one gender because the other does not have that particular organ (prostate, testicles, uterus, ovary, etc). Breast is more common in women probably because they have much more breast tissue and the right hormonal environment for it. Many other cancers are more common in men. Cancer is not mysoginistic.
