Dr. SG Erman answered

Nothing is 100%: No guarantees, but hygiene, avoiding antibiotics, avoid tight-fitting clothes, and wear cotton or breathable fabrics, keep diabetes under control, avoid powders and products containing talc, cornstarch, deodorant or scented tampons, douches, sprays etc; are methods to decrease your chance of recurrence.
