Most common fear: Public speaking is the number one expressed fear. The thoughts about others and their opinions of your voice, message, fear of embarrassment and how this will be unredeemable are all common thoughts that contribute to this fear. Working with a therapist and developing a plan for managing the fear response and the thoughts would be helpful.
