Gush yes, smell no: The gush can be normal and very pleasant, such as female ejaculation. The fishy odor is most consistent with bacterial vaginosis. Time to call y our family doctor and get checked for the odor. Most women like the feeling of female ejaculation. Other than being messy, it is not a problem.
