Many things: I would see a physician regarding this as it could be a variety of things. A picture, in this case, is worth a 1000 words, and without a photo, it could be many things, dermatitis, eczema, yeast, lichen simplex, lichen sclerosis, psoriasis. Sometimes they need to take a biopsy to be certain, so be prepared for that. Good luck!
